- The building is a monument of culture and from a 3 level building it is being reconstructed into a 6 level building.
- The character of this building reconstruction is close to restoration; it was necessary to incorporate a solid metal-concrete framework without breaking the façade and the adjacent buildings.
- This project is an innovate decision in which antiquity and tradition are entangled in a modern framework and new functionality.
