BUILDING AT 10"MITROPOLIT PANARET"STR.,PLOVDIV
Seven floor living building with shops, offices and beauty parlor at the very centre of Plovdiv. We use luxurious implementation with façade insulation system "WEBER".
The building has a modern hydraulic elevator. The whole construction is finished with high quality materials. Special attention has been paid to all details: railings, sill stones, flooring and twisted staircase. The typical accent is the separation of the trade sector with glass and metal elements. The used glass is tinted low emission glass ; the sliding doors of the shops are made of triplex glass by highest standards.
A creative decision is the shaping of all adjacent areas with printed concrete in beautiful shades and forms. In the implementation of the building we entangle thought and emotion visible in every single detail.
